I have always had a love and passion for Aromatherapy. I qualified in Aromatherapy in 1996 and have taught in Adult Education centers in Iver, Bucks and Oakdale in Poole-

Aromatherapy has always struck a spark in my soul, the essences can soothe or invigorate they are so very much more than "a nice smell" . I use oils every single day of my life , usually in a daily bath but also in many uses around the home.

I qualified as a Reiki Practitioner in 1995 and ran  weekends in Poole for some years. Reiki  is part of my daily life- with distance Reiki for friends and relatives and for our planet also for physical healing for myself, my cats, friends and family.

I love both of the therapies and they can be used either individually or combined and I am always happy to make up oils for you to use at home and to continue to send you distance Reiki in between sessions.
